Muhammad is an accomplished management consultant with strong leadership and management skills. He offers scalable expertise to clients in management, controls, and governance. He has a solid understanding of multiple governance, risk, and controls frameworks as well as automation trends. He is comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, including business executives, process owners, project managers, developers and users. He has successfully delivered large multimillion dollar projects to well-known Fortune 500 companies. Prior to starting QMT Solutions, Muhammad worked for IBM, and American Management Systems (now CGI). Muhammad holds MBA (MIS) degree from the University of Denver. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Andrew is an accomplished project management, accounting, and auditing professional with substantial Big 4 experience. He has proven expertise in managing teams through different phases of project life cycle. He is skilled at leveraging business analytics tools to assist in different domains. He is skilled in financial analysis and data analytics and has a deep and broad knowledge and understanding of FASB, GAAP, and GAAS. His experience also includes successful work on IT implementation and business process improvement projects. Andrew holds certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as Master of Science degree in Information Systems, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California - Los Angeles.
Dennis is a seasoned management consultant with expertise in project management, risk and controls. For more than two decades, Dennis has been helping Fortune 500 companies plan, design, and implement finacial controls and IT controls to comply with different regulations. Prior to joining QMT, Dennis worked as the Deputy Director of IT for the White House (Executive Office of the President), as a Senior Principal at American Management Systems, and as a Senior Manager in Arthur Andersen's consulting division. He earned his Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Michigan, specializing in Accounting and Information systems.
Kevin has over 30 years of experience in a variety of IT disciplines, including strategic planning, project management, process improvement, and controls assessment. Prior to working for QMT, he worked as a Senior Manager for Arthur Andersen, as a Regional Manager for Daughtery Systems, and as a Principal for 361 Consulting. His knowledge of IT processes makes him uniquely qualified to assist in SOX 404 efforts, particularly those that include development and implementation of SOX-compliant policies and procedures. His experience includes large project and program management of object oriented software development projects as well as packaged software product development, sales and support. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ferris State University and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
